For Team Leaders – Planning a trip with HMM is easy:

Contact Chuck Newton for available dates.
Send in a nonrefundable $500 deposit to HMM: This deposit will secure your team’s dates and your dates will not be confirmed until your deposit is received. Your deposit will count toward your final balance.
Book your flights: We recommend that you contact the group booking department for your selected airline. Please confirm with our office your desired arrival and departure times.
Send payment for final balance, HMM release forms, and individual team forms 30 days prior to your departure: All payments are nontransferable, nonrefundable at this point. If a team decreases their number or cancels, you are still responsible for the number registered.

Please note that ALL trips to Haiti or the Dominican Republic with HMM will fly into and out of the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic airport. The airport code is SDQ.

The airport code for Cuba is HOG.

Where to Serve

Polo, DR

Polo is a coffee village located in the mountains of Barahona. This is a more remote area with a great need for discipling, medical/dental, and evangelism.

Cost per person: $699 for teams of 7+ participants (travel by bus from SDQ to Barahona)
Cost per person: $749 for teams of 3-6 participants (travel by bus from SDQ to Barahona)

All prices include transportation, food, and housing once on the ground in the Dominican Republic. Prices also include translators for each group. Teams serving in Polo will be hosted at the HMM Mission House in Polo. These teams typically serve for 7 days.

Mountains of Santiago, Cuba

Serving with pastors in El Cobre and the mountains of Santiago, Cuba.

Cost per person: $799 for teams of 3+ participants (travel by bus from SCU to El Cobre)

All prices include transportation, food, and housing once on the ground in Cuba. Prices also include translators and visas (~$140 each). Teams serving in Cuba will be hosted at a seminary or at the Baptist Convention. These teams typically serve for 7 days.

Santa Elena, Dominican Republic
